Steve Visconti
Chief Executive Officer
Steve is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience working in Silicon Valley tech companies. His expertise ranges from sales and marketing to executive leadership in startups and public companies such as Cisco Systems, Airespace, Proxim, Ascend, Chipcom, and Banyan Systems. Altogether, Steve has led a total of seven startups to four acquisitions and two IPOs.
Kurt Bauer
Chief Operations Officer
Kurt has over 35 years of experience as a Silicon Valley technology executive leading high-performance teams in a broad range of industries. He has founded multiple startups, led successful turnarounds in highly competitive markets, and has had multiple exits.
Federico Simonetti
Chief Technology Officer
Federico is a security expert with experience in academia, law enforcement, and ethical hacking. He was a professor of operating systems security at the University of Milan and developed software for the Italian anti-terrorism and anti-pedophile police. A highly experienced software designer, Federico secured several successful exits before coming to Xiid.
Guido Pellizzer
Chief Engineer
Guido is a highly accomplished software engineer who is fluent in more than ten programming languages. Responsible for the only real-time lawful interception and decoding software used by a number of Europe’s police forces, he is an expert in security, reverse engineering, encryption, database architecture, and cloud computing. He’s also a talented mobile app developer.
Jordan Powell
General Counsel
Jordan has been a practicing attorney for 30 years. He’s worked in-house for companies like Motorola and Panasonic and has had private clients such as NTT DoCoMo, Ericsson, Nokia, NEC, and Texas Instruments. His expertise ranges from corporate law to contracts and licensing to intellectual property.
